Madeline brings a wealth of experience from both leading recruitment agencies and an in-house role with a major investment bank. As our Head of Permanent Recruitment, she oversees hiring across all our specialist disciplines with the exception of Finance, which is managed by our in-house expert.

Known for her tenacity and deep understanding of niche markets, Madeline has a real passion for uncovering hard-to-find talent and never gives up in her pursuit of the perfect placement.

In her spare time Madeline runs a small catering and cake making business with her best friend.  She loves cooking and entertaining.
